All-Star Participation
Note to Parents
Please take note of the locations and dates for the different tournaments. If you are not able to be at the tournaments, please do not commit to All-Stars. There is nothing more disappointing for our players than winning a tournament and qualifying to advance only to have to pull out as players are unable to attend the next tournaments due to family vacations.
***Major Baseball &Softball and up will also have a chance to advance beyond the Washington state tourney, so keep that in mind as you consider participating.

***The District Administrator will be requiring presentation of Original Birth Certificate (or acceptable alternative) Prior to Advancing beyond District level. |

My Child Attends a school in Burlington!If your child attends a school in the Burlington-Edison School District or within the Burlington-Edison Little League Boundaries then you need only have an administrator at your child's school sign this form.
My Child does not attend a school in Burlington!
If your child is Home-Schooled or attends a school outside of the Burlington-Edison Little League Boundaries, you will need to provide other proofs or residency. In some cases it may seem that Little League Proof Requirements can seem un-bearingly stringent. (specifically if your address/last names don't match). I fully understand, but it is what it is. In fact for most of us, gathering the docs will be fairly simple. I have provided sample documentation.
****DO NOT OVERTHINK THIS!: Here is the easiest way to meet these requirements: Group 1) Driver's License Group 2) Vehicle registration (will meet State Record ) Group 3) Bank Statement (most of us have access to online banking and can print a previous month statement to meet the date parameters) Please keep in mind the following: 1)Addresses must match the address reflected in the BELL registration documents 2) Dated Docs must be Dated Between Feb 1 of Previous Year to Feb 1 of Current Season Year 3) Last Names must match, in the even of a re-marriage, a marriage license must be provided. In the event of other Guardianship Status, that documentation must also be provided.
